- Pre-heat oven at 190°c (before mixing)

- Place Yogijis cup cake mix (1kg) in a bowl, add 80ml vegetable oil and 480 ml water fitted with a beater 

- Start on a slow speed for 2 minutes; scrape the mixture down thoroughly before beating on a medium speed for 4 minutes

- Bake immediately in pre-heated oven for 20/25 minutes (varies)

- Cool on a wire tray prior to decoratingp

Approximately 40/50 cup cakes and muffins
