Instructions for Savoury Pancake
Yogijis Pancake Mix 260g (4-inch 12 to 14 pancake)
Add cold Water 350ml
Blend all together with hand blender until the batter is smooth like a thick creamy. Pour batter approximately 50ml to 60 ml batter per pancake.
Heat pancake griddle to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark (medium heat) lightly greased
Cook pancake 1-1/2 minutes per side, or until golden brown turning only once.
Serve with your choice of toppings: Maple syrup, Cinnamon sprinkle, hot chocolate sauce, whipped cream, fruits strawberries, banana, blackberries, or Ice cream (Just a suggestion explore other fillings)
