An extremely healthy option high in fibre and protein - falafel made with chia seeds 


- For each 200g of falafel powder mix add gradually 1 cup (about 200ml) of water 

- Form patties (about 5 cm in a diameter) by using either falafel mould  or dessert spoon

- You can either fry or grill

- For frying, pre-heat the vegetable oil.  Put on medium heat and deep fry for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown

- For baking, pre-heat oven (375°C) and bake on flat greased pan.  Bake about 5 minutes  on each side until you get a golden brown crunchy texture

Each 200g powder mix will make approximately 10 patties (depending on your party size)
