DESCRIPTION

  Ingredients:
    Wheat Flour , Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Whey Powder, Raising Agents (E500, E541, E450,Emulsifiers(E471, E481,) Modified Starch, Salt.
 
Instructions:
     Bake on pre heated oven 220°c for approx 10 minutes.     
    1. Place 500g of yogijis eggless scone mix in machine bowl fitted with beater. 2 Add 225mls water and mix for one minute on slow speed, scrape down, (add dry fruits if desired at this stage). 3 Place dough on lightly floured surface and pin out to 15mm thick .4 Cut out scones of required size and place on baking sheets. 5. Brush with with milk and let it rest for 20 minutes. Ready to Bake.
